I think that the meaning of this title is to be safe and you never know that you might just save your own life instead of just saving other peoples lives.
Allways be smart about what you do, when u do something that you think might be helping other, you will be surprised to discover u really helped yourself.
I take it as to allways make sure that you make careful,smart and wise desisions because someday the life that you save might so happen to be your own.
